The widow had her suspicions that her recently deceased husband had been unfaithful, and too cosy with his secretary who seemed to enjoy all the late hours at the office.

At the reading of his will, the widow by virtue of Community Property Laws acquired all of her deceased husbands estates--with one exception. His will provided that his Apple Red, 1998 Cadillac Coupe de Ville, upon his death was to be sold, with the proceeds given to his secretary for years of faithful service.

Always a law biding citizen, the widow placed the following advertisement in the local newspapers classified section:

FOR SALE: 1998 Cadillac Coupe de Ville convertible. Apple Red with White Top. Loaded with WW - Tires. Genuine Leather Seats. Low mileage. Full price $95.00 Cash.
